A tiny part of my Holi-day was spent trying to create this photo for our new project the Chinese Whispers. I’m not too kicked with the result, mostly because someone told me I look like I’m crying in this photo. :’( Just for the record, I’m not crying. It took several tries to get right, of course! More Holi outtakes here. :) But the final result was fun! We had one more go at it, but missed the impact point. :( Fun, nevertheless! I love my parents for cooperating with my craziness. (Mom at the camera, Dad at the mug) I got my revenge though. Then we played proper Holi….and boy, was it fun? Tell me about your Holi?

So I spent a considerable amount of time today trying to perfect the alignment of a version of this photo and another to make them facebook publishable. Its not perfect but I’m DONE with it.  The photos I took yesterday, and let me tell you honestly, I did slip and fall a couple of times while shooting so everything was very natural hahahaha. I’m just really glad I finally got inspired enough to work on some photography+editing again. Inspiration can come from the strangest corners, huh? (facebook, seriously??)  Also, I think I’m secretly my own favourite subject to shoot. :P Its just so much easier to work with/by yourself, and I’m obviously the world’s biggest recluse. Here is another version of the other photo because I want to point out that ridiculously cute beret I’m wearing. Its a tad over sized but oh so cute. I got it from Paris, of course[end brag] And I need a haircut.  Well, anyway, this was good fun. If anyone plans to do something like this with their timeline and needs advice, feel free to ask. :)
